Abstracts

Abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations are accepted only after successful registration. Please indicate whether you wish to be considered for an oral and/or poster presentation. To be considered for an oral presentation, abstracts must be submitted by 22 February 2026 for evaluation by the Program Committee. A limited number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentations, and the results will be announced on 4 May 2026. Subject to space availability, all abstracts will be accepted for poster presentation.

Poster abstracts submission deadline: 30 April 2026.

Instructions for Abstract Submission

Use Arial font, single spacing

  1. Title (Arial 12, Bold): Clearly indicate the title of your abstract at the top of the document.

  2. Authors (Arial 12): List all authors in the following format and underline the presenting author.

  3. Affiliations (Arial 10 and italics): Below the authors' names, include their respective affiliations:
